- Clienteling-Strategien: Sie haben Spaß an der selbständigen und proaktiven Entwicklung und Umsetzung von innovativen, out-of-the-box und maßgeschneiderte Clienteling-Strategien, um die Kundenbindung und Zufriedenheit in unseren Boutiquen zu steigern (inkl. Budgetverantwortung)
- CRM-Management: Sie sind mit der Planung und dem Einsatz der gängigen CRM-Tools (physisch und digital z.B. Kataloge, Karten, Kundengeschenke, etc.) vertraut und haben gleichzeitig Lust neue und kreative CRM-Tools gemeinsam mit dem Headquarter zu entwickeln und einzusetzen, um eine effektive und moderne Kommunikation zwischen der Maison und den KundInnen zu gewährleisten.
- Planung & Durchführung von Aktivierungen: Sie haben Spaß an der Planung, Unterstützung und Nachbereitung sämtlicher Aktivierungen in unseren Boutiquen, individueller Kundentreatments als auch nationaler sowie internationaler Events. Dies beinhaltet sowohl die Repräsentation von VCA und die Unterstützung der Sales Associates vor Ort in den Boutiquen (z.B. während Produktpräsentationen), bei denen Ihre außergewöhnlichen Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Ihr äußerst ausgeprägter Service Gedanke einen bleibenden Eindruck bei unseren KundInnen hinterlassen soll. Die Erledigung einer Reihe von operativen und administrativen Aufgaben vor und nach den Aktivierungen / Events (z.B. individuelle Reise- und Agendaplanung für KundInnen in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Event Department, Organisation von benötigten digital Tools (z.B. iPads) und angemessenen Kundengeschenken, Training der Sales Associates über die bevorstehenden Aktivierungen / Events, Post-Event Reports) gehören untern anderem zu Ihren Aufgaben
- Data Analysis & -knowledge: Sie besitzen hoch analytische Fähigkeiten zur Analyse unserer umfassenden Kundendaten und erstellen basierend darauf in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Boutiquen kreative Aktions- und Kundenaktionspläne
- Kundenentwicklung und -bindung: Sie denken gerne Out-of-the-Box und erarbeiten gemeinsam mit den Sales Associates in der Boutique kreative und innovative Strategien und neuen Weg, um möglichst frühzeitig Kunden zu identifizieren und aufzubauen
- Service-Implementierung: Sie sind hautnah bei der Umsetzung der Strategien mit dabei. Auch die Messung verschiedener Dienstleistungen obliegt Ihnen um ein exzellentes und allumfassendes Kundenerlebnis zu garantieren
