Our Distance Retail Department in Heubach, Germany is looking for a


Distance Retail Coordinator (f/m/d) (working 100 %)
The purpose of the role is to support the implementation of tactical and strategic plans, corporate goals and cover tasks related to the local Distance Retail team, especially supporting the Key Account Managers


Your Responsibilities:


  • Supporting the Distant Retail Key Account Management Team at customer meetings and in the backoffice activities
  • Using management tools such as assortment planning or BW reporting to ensure both retailer awareness and strong customer relationship
  • Responsible for delivering regular internal predefined monthly reports as well as the reports for novelties
  • Briefing of customer requirement to Marketing, Merchandising or Business Development department
  • Maintaining close relationships with customer service to ensure a general understanding of the retailer's needs
  • Providing content data (master data, images, product description, marketing campaign, etc.) and individual master data (prices, EAN codes, etc.) to customers
  • Order management (pre orders, bulk buys, reorders, contracts, etc.) to ensure availability and delivery OTIF
  • Monitoring of delivery dates for new products and maintaining communication with the customer via all media
  • Deep dive on availability and development action plan with demand planning + CS

Your ideal profile:


  • You possess a Bachelor's degree or Apprenticeship in Commerce, Economics or equivalent
  • You have gained 2 years of relevant experience, ideally in Distance Retail
  • You possess analytical skills and good understanding of Distance Retail Key Performance Indicators
  • You have a strong commercial mindset as well as the capacity of maintaining and interpreting market information
  • You have a proactive approach, and the ability to collaborate crossfunctionally inside the organization
  • You are fluent in English, German would be nice to have
