Tasks - What can you expect?

You are the heart of the company's internal administration and manage the entire back and front office independently.

You question existing processes and develop creative solutions to optimize the office organization.

You develop and manage your own projects and internal events from scheduling to realization.

You are the external contact of our company, for example to our customers and suppliers, you take care of the reception and the switchboard.

You support us in accounting, write offers and invoices and maintain the electronic filing system.

You also work together with the accounting department.

You are responsible for incoming and outgoing mail and purchasing.

You maintain our document archive and the website.

Profil - What do you bring?

You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and/or have professional experience in a similar position in the IT sector.

Friendly and confident appearance as well as strong communication skills.

You have a structured and result-oriented way of working and are able to process tasks quickly and confidently.

Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken

Confident handling of common office software as well as knowledge in the use of an enterprise resource planning system e.g.

odoo desirable
