Based on over 20 years of experience in the aeronautical business, AAA GmbH offer all subcontracted work-packages on aircraft or aircraft components performed by AAA teams in client's facilities in mechanical, structural and electrical activities.

Having a technical background, you possess significant experience in a Manufacturing Engineering job as Process Engineer. You know how to use several teaching methods, motivate a group, building a bridge between theory and practice. You have ideally completed a "Train the Trainer" course.

Main responsibilities:

Translating and adapting existing training materials
Creating and developing new training materials
Preparing training sessions
Leading training sessions, in face to face and distance learning (in German language, but some sessions may be in English)
Recording of session summaries (MCQ results, attendance sheets, training evaluation sheets, etc.)
Reporting to the Training Manager

Profile:

Completed studies as Manufacturing Engineer, Aerospace or Industrial Engineer (f/m/d) with proven experience in Aerospace
Knowledge of ME jobs (especially Serial Process Engineer)
Knowledge of MErelated tools (especially SAP ARP, CATIA)
Technical knowledge of aircraft systems (ATAs 21 to 38) and structural (ATA 50's) would be appreciated

- "Train the Trainer" certificate

Fluency in English and good command of the German language
Empathy and excellent communication skills
