Für ein familiengeführtes Unternehmen aus dem Rhein-Main-Gebiet suchen wir ab sofort einen Project Assistant (m/w/d).

Was wirst du tun:

  • In your new role, you provide administrative project support for Clinical Program Leaders (CPL) and Medical Advisors including support of timelines
  • The maintenance of project and clinical trial relevant systems like BIRDS, MS Teams, and project overview / pipeline documentations also belongs to your area of responsibility
  • You deliver administrative support to elaboration and updates of projectrelated documents including Asset Development Plans, Paediatric Development Plans, and other regulatory relevant documents
  • Apart from that, you communicate and interact on an international level with multiple internal stakeholders (e.g., Clinical Program Leaders, Clinical Operations, Biometry and Data Management roles, regional representatives, and other neighbouring functions) as well as with external partners
  • You also take care of planning, organizing, scheduling, and administratively implementing projectrelated meetings: Asset Team Meetings, Evidence Integration Team Meetings (ECD), CPL (Clinical Program Leader) forums etc., and major events on a national and international level

Was bringst du mit:

  • Successfully completed training as "Kaufmann/frau für Büromanagement", "Industriekaufmann/frau", equivalent commercial training or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience in administrative execution/support of clinical studies or clinical projects
  • Advanced expertise in use of Microsoft Office Programs, and the ability to learn new programms quickly.
  • Exceptional willingness to learn about working in a complex medical environment
  • Fluency in English (spoken and in writing
  • C1 Certificate in Advanced English)
