We are seeking a Customer Service and Sales Specialist with an entrepreneurial spirit who excels in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment to join our team.

This position will be working on site at our FSSB-Corza needles and OEM manufacturing site in Jestetten, Germany.

The role will manage the customer service and distribution for Quill, our barbed suture, that is made in Mexico and distributed from Jestetten.

You ll be placing and processing orders into our ERP tool (Microsoft AX), ensuring orders are picked and packed, sent out to customers, all the while ensuring excellent customer service is provided.

What you will do

• Primary contact person for our customers.
• Creation and maintenance of customer master data.
• Support of our customers with questions about customerspecific topics.
• Order entry, processing and tracking of sales.
• Monitoring and maintenance of stock.
• Import and export operations, export controls.
• Customs clearance and regulations, freight forwarding.

What you will need

• Fluent in German and English.
• Experience in customer service/support or in a comparable role, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics/AX in the areas of order processing, supply chain, warehouse management or sales/distribution.
• Experience in working in projects or managing projects.
• Sound knowledge of business processes.
• Analytical skills and a solutionoriented approach.
• Conviction through serviceoriented thinking and acting.
• Intermediate Excel required (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc).
