Based in Alzenau, near Frankfurt in Germany, Hyundai Motorsport GmbH is responsible for Hyundai's global motorsport activities and primarily for its World Rally Championship program. We are currently looking for a Logistics Specialist to join in our team.
The Logistics Specialist is responsible for administrative tasks in a logistics unit and organization. Therefore, the employee will be responsible for arranging meetings and maintaining the appointments and travel details.
Main tasks:
- Arranging of business trips & events; booking flights, hotels and vehicles for the team members.
- Booking of pool cars.
- Preparation of clothing & driver equipment for Tests & Rollouts.
- Preparation of Rollout schedules. Also including booking of facilities; test tracks, workshop & office and also catering.
- Managing Invoices for in SAP (Creating FC) & invoice management for budget controlling.
- Taking care of employee's expense claims.
- Managing credit card statements.
- Supervision and organization of event planning participation on all tasks revolving logistic planning.
- Willingness to travel to tests & events if needed.
Qualifications:
- University degree in a related field or equivalent through experience gained.
- 35 years of work experience in an international company, preferably previous experience in Logistics administration.
- Experience from motorsports is considered as an advantage.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Fluent German & English both written and spoken is mandatory, any other European language is considered as an advantage.
- Able to communicate effectively.
- Show a flexible approach to working hours as well as the ability to perform under pressure.
