What you'll do
We are looking for a working student (f/m/d) to support our learning video platform migration initiative.

If you have:
- excellent verbal and written communication skills,
- knowledge and/or hands-on experience in data migration and maintenance,
- the flexibility and motivation to work in a remote team setup,
- an agile mindset with the desire to drive innovation daily,

you will have the opportunity to be part of an exciting team and to hone your knowledge and skills around data migration, learning experience, innovation and content/media production.

Your tasks will include:

Performing platform migration, inventory and cleanup tasks.
Metadata maintenance and polishing.
Communications and information packaging.
Tasks around process documentation.
Supporting project management.

What you bring

Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
Study field(s) include but are not limited to: Computer Science, Multimedia, Business, Education, or another related field.
Computer skills: MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint).
Willingness to learn and work with video platforms (frontend as well as backend) and team collaboration tools (e.g. MS Teams, Mural, Jira, Confluence Wiki).
Language skills: goodtoexcellent proficiency in English (German is optional).
Soft skills: Team player, excellent communication and organization skills, high interest in exploring technology to solve business problems.

Meet your team

The PM Product Enablement team - as part of SAP Learning Systems - works closely together with product management for the new SAP Learning platform, enriching feature development with an end-to-end view on the learning experience across all formats.

The three main pillars of our work are:

Providing training, information and support around the platform to internal stakeholders with our author enablement & communications initiatives
Facilitating and documenting learning standards to ensure quality and consistency across the whole portfolio
