About the role:

Responsible for developing a high performance radar for autonomous vehicles
Work with a group of specialized subproject leads (e.g. Software, Mechanics, Electronics) towards a mature, reliable, performant product, meeting schedule and cost targets
Contribute to an autonomous vehicle development program
Partner with a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to track timelines, burn down risks, and seek opportunities in features and timing
Representative for all componentrelated technical topics to internal and external stakeholders
Interact with radar data users (Perception/System Engineering), fostering understanding of the data product and drive common solutions
Teaming up with our partner General Motors to support industrialization at a contract manufacturer

Your profile:

Masters or equivalent degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering or similar
Strong background in automotive radar
Good understanding of HW and SW development processes
Proven track record on a similar level with several years of experience in a technical lead role, e.g. as (Sub)Project Lead
Excellent communication skills in English, fluent German would be a plus
