Für unseren Kunden, ein internationales Pharmaunternehmen mit Sitz in Mittersendling suchen wir ab sofort eine/-n:

Senior Projektmanager (m/w/d):

Tasks:

Responsible for coordination of strategic projects for Patient Advocacy in Europe:
incl. milestone tracking & reporting, timeline mgmt., team task coordination.
Monitor budget and report on previous monthly support and project future month plans.
Set up contractual agreements and purchase orders with vendors and collaborative partners for specific projects, including legal and compliance alignment.
Analyze existing processes of patient advocacy engagement at DS across Europe and with countries, identify areas and opportunities for enhancements, develop proposals for optimization.
Collect input for these analyses from relevant internal and external stakeholders, including patient advocacy groups and patient representatives.
Coordinate European Patient Advocacy Team community discussions: prepare monthly calls, incl topic selection, agenda setting, meeting reports and follow up actions.
Coordinate country plans and maintain collaboration space.
Lead contracting process for speaking activities with patient (advocacy) representatives.
Build and manage list of Europe based patient.
Coordinate with Communications team on external communication activities and opportunities.

Requirments:

Master or bachelor's degree in science, social or life science, or related field; alternatively, an adequate qualification with relevant experience might be considered.
Proven experience in operational processes and project management, including knowledge of the relevant tools.
Minimum 3 years of experience either working with or working for patient advocacy organizations and related groups. Must have some knowledge of European compliance requirements (EFPIA).
Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech or medical technology industry is a strong advantage.
Analytical mindset and datadriven problem solver with the initiative to proactively identify improvement opportunities.
Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills with a proven ability to build and maintain trustful relationships with diverse groups of people and audiences.
Strong intercultural sensibility to engage with diverse populations across European countries.
Works collaboratively, independently and with a sense of urgency. Able to prioritize areas of strategic importance to the company and to help articulate to senior management.
Fluent English verbal and written necessary; German would be a plus
