We are now looking for a Delivery Coordinator SLS (M/F/d) to join our Field Services & Workshops team to support the Team for SLS JP08 Warehouse and the operations in order to enable the growth of SLS Organization from Hamburg.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Execute incoming Sales Orders for Plant JP08 (Hamburg), including Picking & Packing, Bonding of O-Rings according to Shipping documents
  • Secure the quality of deliveries and communication within your Team
  • Ensure the stock is proper maintained in order to fulfill efficiency & meet the set Targets
  • Work in accordance with business as well as Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental guidelines
  • Provide a stable Packing Quality and improve if needed
  • Cooperate & Support the relevant internal departments with ManPower (Warehouse & Tools Dept)
if needed and requested

  • Handle inbound deliveries from Japan to fill up stock quantity (Checking and storing) and make necessary bookings in SAP
  • Execute the yearly Inventory Counting within your Team
  • Handle SLS Stock in own responsibility while absence of Team members (Holiday etc) Including SAP process (creation of shipping documents, organize best freight option incl. Customs if needed)
