  • Leadership and management of a team of three
  • Project planning of conversion measures
  • Commissioning and coordination of external companies for maintenance, repairs and overhauls
  • Coordination of repair work on filter systems and compressed air supply equipment
  • Repair and new installation of energy supply and building services equipment such as heating and filter systems
  • Supervision of maintenance, inspection as well as cleaning and lubrication work according to VI plan
  • Documentation of cause and damage codes as well as remedial measures
  • Determination of the corresponding codes
  • Implementation of environmental requirements
  • Energy management

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN

  • Successfully completed vocational training in the technical electrical field
  • Qualification as engineer, master craftsman or technician (M/F/d) (preferably in facility management) required
  • Knowledge of current environmental requirements required
  • Experience in facility management
  • Structured, resultoriented and selfreliant way of working
  • High level of resilience, creativity and flexibility
  • Pleasure in solving technical problems
