Für ein Biotech-Unternehmen in München suche ich derzeit eine administrative bzwProjekt Assistenz:
Verantwortlichkeiten:
- Administrative support of the Regulatory Affairs team (scheduling meetings, preparation of meeting minutes, assembling reports, creation of slides, maintenance of the Regulatory owned publicfacing and intranet web pages,, archiving activities, etc.)
- Supplier management; contract management, Purchase Order and invoice management; financial tracking; interfacing with relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Assisting department head with the preparation and management of the annual budget inc. regular tracking and updates
- Planning and logístical coordination (i. e. booking of hotel, transfers, etc.) of offsite events and meetings such as prep and debrief meetings in connection with Scientific Advice meetings
- Coordination of on/ offboarding activities for new/ departing team members
- Assisting department head/ TA Leads for administrative task such as calendar, correspondence, travel, expense management
