How You'll Make an Impact

Demonstrating your IT/OT & Cloud expertise to advise and support the Product Portfolio and R&D teams throughout all steps of the product lifecycle with resilient and cybersecurity architectures and technologies
Contributing to security related activities such as e.g., Threat & Risk Analysis, project classifications, architecture review, product and solutions assessments
Supporting the coordination and execution of business unit incident and vulnerability handling activities and processes
Responsibility for tailoring an Industrial cybersecurity strategy and roadmap fit for the Digital Grid execution unit and inline with the overall cybersecurity strategy and governance
Driving the implementation of the cybersecurity strategy, "handson", across the execution unit's departments and regions
Supporting DG leadership team regarding cybersecurity in customerfacing activities as well as contributing to develop the DG cybersecurity portfolio and offering
Developing measures and sophisticated protection concepts of OT and IT security (e.g., based on IEC 62443, NERC CIP and ISO in an innovative working environment and current development projects as well as continuously assessing cyber risks to the business and propose adequate mitigations, including governance and processes improvements when deemed necessary
Supervising and reporting implementation of governance agreed strategy and Industrial Cybersecurity maturity as well as providing knowledge about energy market cybersecurity requirement

What You Bring

Completed university degree in computer science, cybersecurity, electronics, cybernetics, or a similar field
Longterm working experience in software development with at least 23 years in a specialized role related to Cyber Security or Architecture as well as first experiences in secure project management
Supporting multiple projects at the same time and occupying cybersecurity function for the main part of your defined working time
Validated experience of IT/OT and Cloud cybersecurity architectures and technologies and first experiences with ProductPKI as well as a certification in the field of cybersecurity e.g., CISSP, GIAC GCIP, GIAC GICSP, GIAC GPEN, GIAC GCFA, CySa+ or similar is desirable
Security standards and regulatory such as IEC 62443, ISO 27001, NIST, NERC CIP are desirable
Strong written, verbal and presentation skills in English and German
Motivation and ability to selforganize and prioritize complex tasks in intercultural and global teams as well as continuously keeping yourself on top of IT/ OT & Cloud developments and technological trends and strive to share your knowledge
Excellent problem solver and decision maker, excellent communication skills, ability to work in an international team environment and with multiple stakeholders across geographies
