On behalf of our client, we are looking for a

Head of Product (M/F/d) (full-time)

to join their team.

The location of the role is Munich - they are currently working in a hybrid work mode with 3 days per week in the office.

The Head of Product is responsible for leading the product + product organization and the further development of the product roadmap - it is about game challenging product innovations in the mobility industry.

Your Responsibilities

You define the company's product strategy and drive the product forward
You build a professional product management discipline
You lead a diverse team of product owners and product managers with 6 direct reports
You have budget responsibility

Requirements:

A passion for product development and product leadership in the B2B field
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the product environment in fastgrowing startups
Top university degree and Mechanical Engineering background knowledge would be a Plus
Fluent English and very good German
