VIVERE was founded in 2018 with the vision to disrupt the consumer goods industry. Since then, we have built a team of more than 100 international consumer talents.

We are a data-driven consumer incubator, having launched more than 10 brands and 300 products in 16 markets across several categories, including lifestyle, beauty, wellness, pet, and garden care.

VIVERE operates a vertically integrated setup with its own marketing, design, research, operations, production, and digital sales functions. We sell through Amazon, our own e-commerce, and digital 3rd-party channels. VIVERE also serves as an end-to-end incubator for successful and loved brands, partnering with influencers and corporations worldwide.

For our Hamburg office, we are looking for a Junior Product Owner (f/m/x).


You will collaborate on a wide array of operations and business-related problems with a diverse range of cross-functional partners across Marketing, Research, Operations, Production, Sales, Finance and others.

Tasks

  • Lead requirement gathering and needs analysis with stakeholders across the organisation to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritisation.
  • Translate requirements into welldefined Epics, User stories, and Acceptance test criteria.
  • Work in an Agile environment and continuously review the business needs, refine priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks.
  • Define release plans that deliver high business value and ensure operational disruption is mitigated by thorough implementation and end user adoption/change planning.
  • Develop and maintain product reference materials and documentation.
  • Carry out product demonstrations and training sessions.
  • Ensure products meet security, governance and compliance legislation and policy.
  • Manage activities to ensure project delivery is achieved to scope, budget and timescales.
While this is a more tactical role, any support to shape the product strategy is highly appreciated.


Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems or equivalent (ideally)
  • 2+ years in a Product Owner or Business Analyst role.
  • 2+ years of experience defining and implementing Odoo ERP systems, ideally in a FMCG context.
  • Broad understanding of various Odoo ERP components.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills to be able to work closely with internal stakeholders.
  • Confident delivering presentations and demonstrations.
  • Strategic and creative thinking.
  • Analytical and problem solving.
  • Attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree preferred
  • Ability to make changes to Odoo ERP without the need to involve our development team.
  • Experience in change management and consultancy.
