Tasks

Conducting indepth due diligence on managers and potential investments in private equity across primaries, secondaries, and coinvestments
Assisting with the preparation of comprehensive investor reports and presentations
Analyzing financial statements, quarterly and annual reports of private market partnerships, including a review of partnership portfolio company valuations and cash flows
Preparing investment memoranda, generating detailed financial models
Assist in the closing process for new investments.

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, business economics, or related field
Experience in the relevant field, PE/ VC, Investment banking, Consulting, etc.
Good knowledge of the private equity
Significant experience in investment underwriting, modeling, and valuation analysis preferred
Strong PowerPoint presentation and excel skills
