Lab System Administrator - Infra Ops Specialist

Location:
Frankfurt, Hesse

Permanent role, full time, office role (not hybrid, not remote)

We are looking for 6 Lab System Administrators to join our team in Frankfurt.

The Opportunity:

Responsibilities of the job:

Manage the support team and assist for timely resolution wherever require. Drive the priority/complex issues as SME and provide timely support.
Shall be familiar with Lab Instruments/Software's widely used in Labs interfaced with IT.
Shall follow standard procedures for Qualifying (IQ,OQ, PQ) Lab Instruments in coordination with Business and or Vendors.

Conduct periodic review/update

Access, Audit Trail, Operating Procedures, Work Instructions.
Responsible for IT assets in Labs (Workstation, Printers, Network) to provide break fix/Service fulfilment.
Responsible for meeting IT assets Compliance/maintenance in Labs (Patching, Anti-Virus, Backup, Inventory.)
Support Move, Replacements, Commissioning and Decommissioning of Assets.
Work with site team members and vendors for issue resolution being a Site IT Point of Contact.

Required experience and qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in information technology, software engineering, computer science, or related field
Utilising multiple technology areas within "MS Azure" and has extensive knowledge of the use and impact of technology transformations
Excellent skills in ARM and/or Terraform
Understanding of Subscriptions, Resource Groups, Azure Polices & Role Based Access Control (RBAC)
Experience implementing Hub-Spoke network topologies, Virtual Network (vNET) peering, Network Security Groups (NSG), Public IP addresses (PIP), SitetoSite VPN and Azure loadbalancers
Working across both waterfall and agile cloud migrations and cloud transformational projects
Intermediate communication in German and English is a must
