Mission


In your role as HR Specialist, you are the first point of contact for employees and Payroll regarding personnel administration.

In addition to employee support, you will also support the HR Manager and the HR Business partner in their tasks and work with them to implement HR targets, HR processes and measures.


Activities

  • Overall support of the employees at the locations in southern Germany (Munich, Regensburg, Herbrechtingen)
  • Preparation and support of the local payroll
  • Responsibility for the time recording management system (ATOSS)
  • Responsibility of classic personnel administration tasks
  • Support in cooperation with the works council
  • Support in cooperation with authorities and associations
  • Participation in the recruitment, transfer of employees and termination of employment relationships in accordance with legal and organizational requirements
  • Collaboration on locationrelated projects
  • Implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation in cooperation with the data protection officer

Competencies & Requirements

  • Professional education in human resources or similar
  • Several years of professional experience as personnel administrator or in a similar function in operational human resources, preferably in the support of employees covered and not covered by collective agreements
  • Very good knowledge of labour law, social law and wage tax law as well as collective agreements, ideally in IG Metall (southern Germany)
  • Good knowledge of works constituion law and first experience of working with the works council
  • Experienced use of MS Office package, especially Excel and Power Point
  • Hands
- on mentality, stress resistant

  • Structured and reliable way of working
  • Very good command of German and Englisch (written and spoken)
