b> Job Summary/Purpose**:

Reporting to the Head Product Security this role will actively contribute to the development, implementation, and evolution of the Sandoz Product Security program, destined to protect Sandoz patients, products, and reputation from the threat of pharmaceutical crime, illicit trade and theft through timely detection, investigation and reporting of incidents and creating the conditions to bring counterfeiters and illegal traders to justice.

Your Key Responsibilities

Be co-responsible for the delivery and implementation of Corporate Security objectives and deliverables toward the product security program ("the program") strategy and im-plementation roadmap.

Triage and review (risk-based) lines of inquiry from multiple internal or external sources and lead and coordinate fact-based investigations into pharmaceutical crime incidents and supply chain security breaches, including product counterfeiting, falsification, prod-uct theft and losses, in close collaboration with program partner functions, external ser-vice providers, and competent authorities.

Maintain visibility of product security operations and investigations and manage global and regional projects to safeguard the integrity of Sandoz products and supply chain (e.g., risk mapping, customs monitoring operations, illicit online trade monitoring). In this context direct, oversee and support intelligence collection activities to identify, assess and mitigate threats to products and supply chain.

Ensure overall consistency of globally and regionally managed investigations and en-forcement operations (e.g., by police, customs, FDA/HAs). Coordinate and support local, regional and transnational enforcement cases in close collaboration with all key internal business stakeholders (e.g., Legal, QA, TechOps, Logistics, Communications).

Ensure full compliance with reporting and corporate social responsibility obligations, in particular the preparation and timely submission of internal/external reports, such as WHO and DSCSA reporting, Sandoz in Society report, Access to Medicines Index, internal reports to Senior Management and program governance bodies and ad-hoc reporting to SEC and Board requests.

Provide and oversee quality assurance for case records and content captured in in the Corporate Security case management system. Ensure case records are accurate, reliable, up to date and contain sufficient and relevant content. Produce monthly, quarterly and yearly reports, measuring key KPI's for each case. Identify case management workflow gaps and areas of improvement and propose ways to effectively address them.

Oversee the Sandoz internal incident reporting and escalation system to ensure con-sistent internal use and timely follow up by Global Security case managers in the regions.
- **Maintain program governance documentation up to date and closely work with partner functions creating and updating the program's presentation materials. Draft position and/or recommendation papers on product
- and supply chain security-related topics.**-
Champion and promote training & awareness activities with Sandoz functions/associates and external stakeholders (e.g., Police, Customs, Health authorities) to raise awareness about pharmaceutical crime and industry counterstrategies.

Maintain effective working relationships, operational collaboration and information ex-change with key internal and external partners (e.g., Interpol, WCO, WHO), relevant in-dustry associations (e.g., PSI, EFPIA), regulatory and government authorities (e.g., FDA, EMA, national Health Authorities) and non-government organizations to develop product security/anti-counterfeiting advocacy, risk-awareness and stakeholder engagement as well as intelligence sharing opportunities. Represent Sandoz Corporate Security at exter-nal stakeholder meetings as required.

Minimum requirements

What you'll bring to the role:

  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in an international/global environment.
  • Experience in Product Security (including product & supply chain protection technologies), anticounterfeiting strategies, antiillicit trade investigations and / or supply chain security. Recent experience within pharmaceutical or healthcare industry ideal.
