On January 5, 2023 the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) by the EU entered into force. As a listed company, Vitesco Technologies will need to comply with detailed disclosure requirements on its own workforce. This is your opportunity to prepare us for it.

Become part of our global People Analytics team in a new position we establish in Germany with remote working possibilities.

Your new responsibilities:

Project Management & Coordination: Establish harmonized and simplified reporting practices that meet the disclosure requirements of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive
Collaborate with our Sustainability organization and coordinate our global HR community
Data Governance: Ensure accuracy and quality of data needed for CSRD reportable metrics by setting up clear definitions and driving controlling processes
Reporting &

Business Intelligence:
Establish audit compliant reporting for CSRD related metrics and integrate key figures in our global HR KPI dashboard landscape

Data Science & Engineering: Identify best practices that can be leveraged by the team for automation and in data science projects
In addition, you will become an active member of Vitesco Technologies' People Analytics multiplier network within HR and beyond

Your profile:

Academic degree in psychology, human resource management, business administration, business informatics, mathematics, or statistics
Longterm professional experience in related area, especially in data processing and/or data visualization
Project management experience
Advanced knowledge and experience in MS Excel
Fluent English language skills
High customer orientation, ability to understand and connect with internal customers from diverse background
Structured, analytical, strategic, and selfdependent way of working
