As a Tech Lead you will manage a team of highly committed developers. Together you will develop a state-of-the-art backend for our products and help grow the team.

Starting from managing, analyzing, and automating marketing processes justtrack enables gathering deep mobile product insights.

Key responsibilities:

Technical Mentorship: Provide technical mentorship to the development team. This includes guiding the team on the use of appropriate tools, technologies, and best practices.
Code Quality: Ensure that the code produced by the team is of high quality. This includes conducting code reviews, writing and enforcing coding standards, and using appropriate testing and validation techniques.
Project Management: Manage the technical aspects of the project. This includes ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Collaboration: Collaborate with other stakeholders such as product leads, data scientists, and UX designers to ensure that the technical design aligns with the product requirements.
Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation within the team. This includes exploring new tools and technologies that could improve the development process, and promoting the use of best practices to achieve technical excellence.
Technical expertise: Strong background in software engineering, with experience developing and delivering highquality software products.
Leadership skills: Effectively lead a team of developers, providing guidance and direction as they work on a crucial part of the company's SaaS platform.
Multiple years of experience in Go and Java
Worked with cloud infrastructures like AWS, AZURE, Google Cloud or others
Worked with Infrastructure as Code like Terraform, Terragrunt, Cloudformation and CI/CD Tools such as Gitlab, GitHub or others
Plus: Experience in Kubernetes, Kustomize and GitOps technologies like Flux CD or Argo CD
Plus: Knowledge of streaming Platforms like Kafka and big data frameworks like Flink or Spark
