David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a multinational financial services company specialising in online trading who is seeking to onboard a German speaking Motion Designer to join their team.

Employment type:
Full-time

Remuneration:
Base salary + bonuses.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Produce videos (ads and content) for various channels
Work on routine tasks such as renewing/updating of previously produced videos, localization, batchproduction, naming/tagging and exporting
Work closely with the creative director, copywriters and the account managers
Help create concepts, storyboards and visual assets for ad campaigns
Create work for highprofile brands from the online trading industry

REQUIREMENTS:

German as a mother tongue & fluency in English, both oral and written
Degree in Motion Design, Graphic Design, Arts or any other relevant field is essential
Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Motion Designer or a similar position
Extensive experience with 4D or other 3D modeling and animation software
Solid knowledge of AE and all of its functions (motion design, posetopose animation, composition, masking, etc.)
Good knowledge of Adobe premiere (editing and color grading), audition (audio mixing and sound design), Photoshop and Illustrator environments (the whole CS package)
Understanding of all marketing channels (social media, YouTube, Google display, offline channels etc.)
Experience with 2D animation (Adobe Animation, Toon Boom etc.)
Basic camera and video studio equipment knowledge (DSLR equipment)
Basic vfx knowledge (chroma key, tracking, etc.)
Batch render knowledge (Adobe Media Encoder, render farms, Dataclay templater)
Solid Google Sheets/Docs skills
Ability to multitask between different projects of different magnitudes.
