Support and advice our internal and external clients
Preparation, validation and signing of bilateral credit agreements, collateral and security trust agreement incl.

amendments- Legal check of external contracts- Negotiation with external lawyers, financial institutions and customers- Advising sales staff regarding contractual questions- Monitoring of conclusion of contracts and collateral
Skills that convince:

Legal education, Bachelor or Master Degree in law
Qualified bank clerk (desirable)
At least 35 years of experience in drafting & negotiation of contracts for Corporate Banking clients within the given framework
Banking knowledge with 35 years of experience
Characteristics such as team ability, communication strength and flexibility
Fluent in English in speaking & writing
