Wir suchen für unseren Customer Care Bereich Verstärkung für spannende Herausforderungen mit hoher Kundenorientierung und einem vielfältigen Aufgabenbereich.
Der zentrale Kern der Position ist die Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Bestellungen sowie deren Abwicklung.

Von der Erfassung auftragsbezogener Daten via multipler Kanäle bis hin zur Nachverfolgung der Zustellung hält die Position vielfältige Tätigkeiten bereit.

Die Mitarbeit an der Prozessoptimierung für die Vereinfachung von Arbeitsabläufen und Projektarbeit mit weiteren Abteilungen, sowie analytische Aufgaben runden die Stelle ab.

Diese Position ist hybrid mit 1-2 Tage pro Woche im Büro in Martinsried.

Kunden

- und Auftragsmanagement

Entgegennahme von Bestellungen via Telefon, E-Mail, Webshop und weiteren Kanälen inkl. Abstimmungen mit Dienstleistern für elektronische Schnittstellen für Bestellungen
Aktives Mitglied des Customer Care Teams
Mitarbeit an der Prozessoptimierung im Customer Care Team
Analysieren von Statistiken und Daten, um das Niveau des Kundenservices zu bestimmen
Bestellanalysen für andere Unternehmensbereiche

Qualifications

Business Ausbildung
Erfahrung im Kundenservice und support
Hohe Kunden

- und Serviceorientierung, ein freundliches und sympathisches Auftreten sowie sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit per Telefon, E-Mail, Brief und im persönlichen Gespräch

Genauigkeit und hohe Detailorientierung bei der Dokumentation
Fähigkeit, anhand von Rahmenvorgaben selbstständig Entscheidungen zu treffen
Sicherer Umgang mit EDV-Systemen und Excel
Sprachen
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
