We are Federmeister, a construction-tech Startup with dynamic growth and two locations in Hessen and Saxony. Federmeister renovates facades of large and small buildings, in all possible variations. Our mission is to excite our customers, our mindset is digital and our approach is unconventional.
We are looking for a motivated Product Owner (M/F/d) to strengthen our team at the earliest date possible.

Tasks

  • Continuous improvement and development of the website and core business processes
  • Take ownership and coordinate between internal stakeholders and development team to ensure a smooth workflow
  • Translate our digital strategy into a product roadmap with concepts, user stories and features
  • Create the framework for the implementation of new internal workflows and processes
  • Manage the product backlog, adapt priorities continuously to customer and business needs
  • Lead the product development process and be able to incorporate new technologies, ideas and trends
  • Plan and monitor Tech-Budget

Requirements:


  • You have a degree in business informatics, business administration, economics or related fields
  • First experiences of working with digital products in an agile environment are an advantage
  • A structured way of working lets you keep track of things. You are flexible and able to deal with stressful situations
  • You are able to break down and communicate technically complex concepts
  • You are business fluent in English, German language skills are an advantage
  • You have a growth mindset you are willing to learn quickly, move things forward and go the extra mile
