Your Tasks:

You support the team in training management (preparation, organization and followup of training courses)
You support the revision of our intranet presence and communication measures accompanying the projects
You advise employees and managers on questions regarding qualification programs and the use of learning platforms
You create and prepare presentations and documents for corporate communications
You create evaluations or surveys that are required for project work

Necessary Skills:

Ongoing studies in business administration with a focus on HR/HRM, psychology, adult education or a comparable course of study
Confident handling of MS Office

Desired Skills:

Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors
Initial experience with collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Conceptboard
Structured and independent way of working as well as strong communication and team skills
