Working Student (M/F/d) Process Management:

StudentsAre you a student who wants to get a foot in the door to one of the largest companies in the wind industry while still studying? We have something very interesting for you if you want to explore process management in operations excellence within Nordex Service.

YOUR TASKS

Supporting the process landscape development in Service
Creating and maintaining PowerBI dashboards
Coordinating with headquarter and service regions for process data collection
Maintaining KPIs (key performance indicators) to evaluate performance
Supporting the team with preparation of steering committee & process workshop moderation
Coordinating with the process excellence team to review/update and release process status and presentations

It is possible to write a thesis at a later stage.

YOUR PROFILE

Enlisted student (M/F/d) of Engineering, Business, Economics or similar
Selfdriven, motivated and curious
Autonomous learner with strong analytical skills
You can work with complex ideas
Excellent communication skills and a systematic and reliable way of working
Very good MS PowerBI; MS office skills, especially Excel and Powerpoint
Very good English skills, German is a plus
You have some process tool knowledge eg. Visio, BIC etc (not mandatory)
When could you start at this position?
How long are you available for this position as working student (e.g. until end of 2024)? Please note that in general you can only work as a working student as long as you are enlisted in your studies.
How many hours are you available per week? Our expectation is that you work 20h per week.
Are you able to come to the Hamburg office at least 2 days per week for the first 12 months of your contract? The address is Langenhorner Chaussee 600, Hamburg.
