For our location in Bergkamen (NRW) we are looking for support for the position of service technician (M/F/d).

Job description:
For our AMETEK CTS business unit, we are looking for support for the position of electronics technician at the Kamen location (M/F / d) with the following tasks:

Repair and Calibration of EMC-Testequipment and Systems in house and in some cases at customer site.
Hardware and Software upgrades
Customer support for solving technical problems (by telephone and on the customer)

Documentation of failure data and repair measures in our database.

Requirments:

Completed vocational training in the area of electronic or comparable. EMC know how and experience desirable
Experience in Customer service
Customer focus and strong service and support mindset
Flexible and team minded
