About the team:

We are looking for our location in Munich for a convincing and inspiring leader who acts as a sparring partner to the board on an equal footing and is also a respected source of information for various interest groups.

What you can look forward to as Head of Investor Relations (M/F/d):

Primary point of contact for the board of management regarding Investor Relations and financial market communication
Participation of road shows and analyst conferences as well as leading of Capital Markets Days
Continuous development of the Equity Story in line with the company's strategy
Ensuring close collaboration with Business Units and other relevant units to ensure a comprehensive corporate representation
Maintaining relationships and ensuring information flow to investors, analysts, and fund managers
Integration of investor feedback and requirements into the corporate strategy
Ensure compliance with legal and marketrelated publication requirements including adhoc notifications
Engage in associations like DIRK or similar associations

Your profile as Head of Investor Relations (M/F/d):

Strong sense for the information needs and necessities of various interest groups combined with ability to build trusting, professional relationships with key contacts
Leadership skills for building and motivating the team and supporting the professional and personal development of team members
Cultural sensitivity and diplomatic skills to expand relations with internal stakeholders as well as external contacts in a positive manner
Strong personality with assertiveness and a convincing presence with high credibility as well as strong communication and presentation skills at all levels
Successfully completed studies in Economics, Business Engineering, or a comparable field of study
Professional experience in Investor Relations or related fields (e.g., Equity Research, Investment Management, Finance, Controlling, etc.), focus on automotive or manufacturing industries is desirable
Significant experience and knowledge in project management, the ability to set priorities, and to act independently and proactively
Negotiation skills, excellent proficiency in English and German both written and spoken
