Job Description:

To consistently support optimal stock availability and provide stock management input and flow for IKEA Food Korea in order to minimize waste and over/shortage of stock.

To administrate information, data and reports for the food business to ensure information quality and compliance in food business solutions and to share best practice way of working.

Key previous experiences and skills

Relevant experience in retail, home furnishing, retail operations (this is an advantage, not a requirement)
Broad knowledge of business administration
Good knowledge of operational plans and goals as well as follow up on KPIs
Good organizational skills and ability to work in a structured way
Ability to build trustful relationships across the organization.
Ability to deliver within scope of tasks and perform with quality and speed

Your responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Contribute expertise to the pricing, sales and supply planning process as well as stock and inventory management to improve cost efficiency in food logistics
Responsible for information quality through the administration of business data in food business solutions
Contribute to development as well as maintenance of food business solutions in order to ensure best practice way of working
Act as the main contact partner in the store for all operational supply chainrelated questions, both for the store and the country
Create, consolidate and deliver accurate and timely food reports
Contribute to knowledge transfer and information sharing to, and between, the units
Responsible to secure the stock accuracy process, executing the inventory process, analyzing the outcome, identifying/defining root causes and addressing stock discrepancies
