As our
Employer Branding Intern (f/m/d) you will be responsible for bringing the right people together - either through the choice of platform, the right event-setup or campaigning.

Your passion for Employer Branding, Employee Engagement and communications, is outstanding and results in producing internal and external projects as a strategic tool for talent attraction, acquisition and engagement.

In this role you will:

Support the Head of Internal Comms, CSR and Employee Engagement on a mission to design, create an engaging and excitement driven employee programs and communications, and employer branding activities to position wefox as an employer of choice.
Assist in implementing an Employer Branding and CSR strategy.
Support the development and communication of the Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
Help conduct employee surveys and analyse feedback to enhance engagement.
Create and distribute internal communications materials.
Support in creation of engaging content for social media, website, and internal communications.
Assist in planning and organising employer branding events.
Monitor online platforms to track the organisation's employer brand reputation.
Collaborate with HR and Marketing teams on employer branding initiatives.
Conduct research on industry trends and best practices.
Collect and analyse data to measure the effectiveness of initiatives.

What you bring:

Enrolled student in HR Management, Psychology or a related field.
Passionate about engaging with people from different backgrounds and cultures.
Open personality, good communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
Good organisational skills and solutionoriented way of working as well as team orientation and enthusiastic nature.
First practical experience in the field of human resources, employer branding or recruitment marketing is a plus.
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
Outstanding written communications skills including superior writing, grammar, editing and proofreading skills.
Deliver high quality results ontime and onbudget.
Creative thinker and proactive problem solver.
Fluency in English and German.
