As our
Employer Branding Intern (f/m/d) you will be responsible for bringing the right people together - either through the choice of platform, the right event-setup or campaigning.

Your passion for Employer Branding, Employee Engagement and communications, is outstanding and results in producing internal and external projects as a strategic tool for talent attraction, acquisition and engagement.


In this role you will:


  • Support the Head of Internal Comms, CSR and Employee Engagement on a mission to design, create an engaging and excitement driven employee programs and communications, and employer branding activities to position wefox as an employer of choice.
  • Assist in implementing an Employer Branding and CSR strategy.
  • Support the development and communication of the Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
  • Help conduct employee surveys and analyse feedback to enhance engagement.
  • Create and distribute internal communications materials.
  • Support in creation of engaging content for social media, website, and internal communications.
  • Assist in planning and organising employer branding events.
  • Monitor online platforms to track the organisation's employer brand reputation.
  • Collaborate with HR and Marketing teams on employer branding initiatives.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and best practices.
  • Collect and analyse data to measure the effectiveness of initiatives.

What you bring:


  • Enrolled student in HR Management, Psychology or a related field.
  • Passionate about engaging with people from different backgrounds and cultures.
  • Open personality, good communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Good organisational skills and solutionoriented way of working as well as team orientation and enthusiastic nature.
  • First practical experience in the field of human resources, employer branding or recruitment marketing is a plus.
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding written communications skills including superior writing, grammar, editing and proofreading skills.
  • Deliver high quality results ontime and onbudget.
  • Creative thinker and proactive problem solver.
  • Fluency in English and German.
