- Lead a multidisciplinary team of scientists and engineers in the application of AI and machine learning (ML) algorithms to identify novel targets and design ADCs with enhanced efficacy and safety profiles.
- Oversee the integration of AI tools with experimental data to streamline the ADC development process, from target validation through to preclinical testing.
- Collaborate with bioinformatics and cheminformatics teams to harness large datasets for predictive modeling and molecular simulations.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with academic, clinical, and industry partners to enrich our AI capabilities and drug discovery pipeline.
- Stay abreast of and contribute to advancements in AI, drug discovery technologies, and oncology research.
- Ensure projects adhere to scientific and ethical standards, with a commitment to precision medicine and patient safety.
- Mentor team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- PhD in Computational Biology, Chemical Engineering, Bioinformatics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in drug discovery, with a strong focus on AI and ML applications in biopharmaceuticals.
- Proven track record in ADC development, from target identification to lead optimization.
- Deep understanding of oncology, molecular biology, and the mechanisms of action of ADCs.
- Expertise in data science and computational modeling, with experience in software and tools relevant to drug discovery.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with internal teams and external partners.

Our Story: On the way to a Global Artificial Intelligence Champion
When we looked at the decision making landscape in organizations and observed that the available technologies and models were helping make decisions but with fixed cycles of information processing, running in batches, with little flexibility and agility. We saw products sacrificing usability for more features, deployment times of months and requiring days or weeks of training to get started.
We saw a gap between the consulting and technology paradigms and sensed the need for different standards. That is when we founded Innoplexus. Since then we are bringing innovation into decision-making processes and are driving digital transformation. In building intelligent applications we bring together Research, Engineering, UX-Design, and other experts to use machine learning and Artificial Intelligence to solve the toughest problems from curing cancer to predictive analytics. Recently we integrated Blockchain technology to add formerly unpublished (meta)data to our data ocean.
