Your mission:

Are you a detail-oriented and highly organized individual with a passion for legal support? We are currently seeking an experienced Paralegal to join and support our legal team at ILOS Projects GmbH.

As a Paralegal, you will play a vital role in supporting our legal department by assisting with various tasks related to contract management, KYC processes and corporate housekeeping.

Provide comprehensive support on project development matters, covering the entire project life cycle, from site acquisition to construction.

Manage a diverse range of legal agreements, including NDAs, land lease, EPC, service agreements and procurement contracts
Supporting corporate housekeeping activities, including the establishment of new entities.
Performing duties of a company secretary keeping the internal data base uptodate as well as preparing shareholder resolutions and their implementation.
Performing contract management tasks using the ELO Contract management tool.
Foster effective communication and collaboration with team members.
Support legal research initiatives and contribute to other special projects as requested.

Your profile:

Bachelor's degree (Wirtschaftsjurist) or similar degree from an accredited college or university.
2+ years of experience as a Paralegal, preferably with an energy background.
Proficiency in legal research and document review.
Strong understanding of legal agreements and contracts.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Fluent in German and English
Familiarity with KYC processes and regulations is a "plus".
Strong computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, experience using ELO contract management systems would be a "plus".
