We are partnering with an international medical devices company.With a presence in 15 countries and more than 5,500 employees globally, they are now growing their team in Germany.
We are recruiting an Export Coordinator to be based in their Berlin office. The role is a limited 18-month contract covering a maternity leave. The position is a full-time role, offered as hybrid with 3 days office / 2 days home-office.Tasks
As the new Export Coordinator, you will be working in central Berlin in an office with ca. 50 people.
Your new responsibilities will include:
Manage the daily shipping activities from different facilities across EMEA.
- Manage the export compliance within and outside of Europe
- Deal with all the paperwork, certification and documentation needed
- Trace logistic lanes and destinations
- Be the main point of contact for logistic related matters, helping to solve issues
- Be interface towards the logistic providers
- Support with return shipments, export shipments and internal orders
Requirements:
Your qualifications and experiences
Previous experience in forwarding, working in logistics or in logistics companies
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Customer service skills
- Fluent written and spoken German and English are prerequisites for this position.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, mainly Excel
- Ability to problem solve
- Good communicator
- Good planning and time management skills
