About the role:

What You'll Do:

Responsible for financial planning and forecasting; cash flow reporting; as well as analyzing the financial strengths and weaknesses whilst proposing corrective actions.
Responsible for creating a financial structure; recommending how the Group should manage its income and expenses; conducting costbenefit analysis and obtaining funding as necessary; whilst also overseeing taxation issues or any other issues related to the finance department.
Setting financial policies across all departments; implementing internal controls on financials; supporting heads of Business Units in successfully meeting financial targets, and consolidating group management accounts in a timely fashion.
Working with department heads to calculate budgets and cash flow to each department needed.
Ensure that the financial controllers submit monthly management accounts in a timely manner and that they also submit cash flow reports when requested by the CEO/CFO monthly.
Support the team with annual financial audits and will be responsible for developing longterm financial projections
Assist in the integration of financial tools that can aid the finance team and strengthen the function.
Responsible for managing, growing, mentoring, and coaching a team of direct reports, development of direct reports, development of culture, and finally structure of the finance team and workforce planning.

About You:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
Proven experience in a senior financial management role, with a track record of success in financial planning, analysis, and management.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve objectives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and problemsolving abilities.
Proficiency in financial software and tools, and advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
