ROLE DESCRIPTION:

In this 2-year mission as a (Junior) Specialist, People Partner & People Solutions, you will be a part of the People Operations team, which has as main purpose to work with local managers, employees as well as relevant stakeholders to create service excellence and driving overall business success.

By building strong relationships your role is essential to strengthen employee experience as well as efficiency and scale for the organization.

This dual role provides a customer-like-experience to our employees for People & Culture services, requests and inquiries.

You will play a key role in the delivery of People & Culture services to our internal customers to make SES a "Great Place to Work".


This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, customer oriented, People & Culture professional with a positive attitude and keen eye for details, to join a hi-tech, global company and develop a career in the field of People & Culture.

You will be responsible for _(this is not an exhaustive list):_- Act as point of contact for employees, providing timely feedback and guidance to ensure a positive experience

  • Advise managers on SES procedures and policies, managing dispute resolution, terminations, legal coordination, and work arrangements
  • Drive and collaborate with internal stakeholders, (global People & Culture team) to ensure compliant and well documented employee lifecycle management, aligned with regulatory standards and corporate guidelines
  • Main contact point and trusted expert in local labour law for managers and responsible for implementing changes where required
  • Own and contribute to all administrative aspects of the employee life cycle and be the first point of contact for employees on People & Culture matters:
  • Seek rapid and efficient resolution to queries, requests and 'How To' questions and promptly resolving queries upon first contact, providing the best class support to employees at different levels in the organization
  • Perform troubleshooting on a variety of issues that may extend beyond the reach of the People & Culture team
  • Sustain an up to date understanding and awareness of specific P&C processes and procedures while providing suggestions for simplification, digitalization and automation
    YOUR PROFILE

Must have:


  • Bachelor/Master in Human Resources, Law, or similar education in a related field
  • People oriented and committed to give your best and deliver on our customer's expectations with the end goal in mind of delivering an amazing, inclusive and equitable employee experience
  • Experience in, and knowledge about German labor law
  • Experience in managing employee relations
  • English and German are required for business needs and an additional European language would be advantageous (ideally Romanian)

Nice to have:


  • Experience with HRIS tools for employee lifecycle services, project management and analytical skills considered a plus
  • 1 year experience in a similar role
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
