About the Job


Under the supervision of product managers, the Lead Designer is responsible for the production of the interface elements of our Design System and the digital products of Regiondo, ensuring their overall visual and creative coherence.

To assist in this task, the Lead Designer supervises 2 UX/UI designer profiles and supports their professional development.

In the scope of their duties, the Lead Designer:

  • Defines the UI roadmap for Regiondo in coordination with the Product Managers and Principal Engineers.
  • Produces and maintains components and associated documentation in collaboration with the development team.
  • Establishes rules and principles for the Design system in a close collaboration with designers and developers.
  • Designs and produces mockups of digital product interfaces for Regiondo, ensuring their accessibility and following an ecodesign approach.
  • Guides 2 UX/UI designers to assist with these tasks, distributing the workload equitably and ensuring their professional development.
  • Stays informed about developments in the design, product, and digital fields more broadly and anticipates changes that will impact their area of activity within the tours and activity industry.

We are looking for:

  • A graduate with a master's or bachelor's degree in design, digital marketing, or communication
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in complex interface projects with significant UX and creative stakes and have already been involved in the production of a Design System.
  • Meticulous with a keen eye for detail, you are accustomed to working in an Agile environment and are proficient in the stages of building a SaaS product and Ecommerce products (research, wireframes, UX, UI, development, testing, etc.). You are familiar with accessibility principles and have experience in creating interfaces compliant with WCAG.
  • Proficient in the software used by the department: Figma, Jira, Confluence, Slack.
  • Good interpersonal skills, you enjoy leading a team. You have a knack for management and enjoy helping your colleagues progress.
