We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Accountant / Finance Executive Assistant to join our team and play a crucial role in our financial operations.
In this position, you will work closely with our financial executives, providing them with the support they need to drive our company's success.
Responsibilities:
- Receivables management
- Notification of reportable foreign payments
- Dunning process
- Account clarification/reconciliation
- Contact person for customers/ debtors (regarding payment modalities)
- Processing of travel expenses
- Assistance in Financial Planning processes
- General back office tasks
Requirements:
- Experience in customer receivables management
- Experience in travel expense management
- Experience with reportable foreign payments
- (Basic) experience in financial planning
- Commercial training, ideally education in financial accounting
- Fluent in english, ideally german speaker
- Reliability, excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team and independently
