    Key Responsibilities:

    Managing the operation team's processes

    Managing projects relate to automating the company's financial process (invoice, report, credit limit and accounts receivable control, integration with accounting system, payment distribution, and others)

    Managing the information security documentation system and related projects

    Managing technical support for infrastructure BSS/OSS systems (billing, accountant, data centers

    Managing the technical maintenance process of the company's corporate websites

    The ideal candidate should have:

    Work experience in a leading position in IT not less than 3 years, preferable in the sphere of telecommunications or software development.

    Practical experience in the field of managing operational activities and project management.

    Experience in automating financial processes of the company

    Experience in organizing cross-team project

    Experience working in telecommunications company

    Experience working or managing with ERP, BI, Billing, Accountant systems

    Knowledge of software development process methodology

    Knowledge of standards and requirements ISO/IEC 27001:2015:2022

    Proficiency in English at a level not lower than Upper-Intermediate, as the company has several countries of presence.

    Based in or willing to relocate to Cologne, Düsseldorf, or Riga.

    Nice to Have:

    Knowledge of standard and requirements ISO 9001:2015

    Experience in engineering position
