What you'll do
Support for the relocation of the offices from Munich city center and Hallbergmoos to Garching:

Coordination of service providers (furniture modifications, dismantling, etc.)
Assistance with emptying the buildings (storage space openings, etc.)
Assistance in Garching, for example: training and support on various topics such as smart storage spaces, access systems, parking systems, etc.
Support in all buildings as needed in daytoday operations
Assistance with communications and preparation of documents for the move and new building

What you bring

Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
Computer skills: Word, Excel
Language skills: fluent in German, English as a plus
Soft skills: team player, expert in organizing, creative.

Global Real Estate & Facilities is responsible for SAP's global real estate portfolio and operational facility management (FM).

Our various departments handle tasks related to building management, services, real estate, and construction management for our office buildings and data centers.

SAP's Global Facility Management is responsible for all locations in Germany, which include over 50 buildings and a total area of over 700,000 square meters.

In addition to the SAP headquarters in Walldorf, the portfolio includes properties in St. Leon Rot, Berlin, Potsdam, Düsseldorf, Dresden, Eschborn, Freiberg, Hamburg, Markdorf, Munich, and St.

Ingbert.- This is a SAP global, strategic, paid working student position that provides students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers.
