Administrative & Site Assistant (M/F/d)

Location:
Berlin

Your Tasks & Key Responsibilities:

Assistant for Technology Leader & Site Manager
Strong collaboration and alignment with other sites of the company
Communication hot spot for team with management and HR related tasks including preparation of All-Handsmeeting
Communication interface for site related topics: HFS, facility management
Interface to Safety Repository
Assistance for logistics related tasks
Organization of Events, Trainings, Symposiums

QUALIFICATIONS:

Your Expertise:

Advanced Microsoft Office user
Experienced SAP user (i.e. Document management, WorkDay)
Senior Assistant with 5+ years of experience
Fluent in English, German at least conversational
Facilitor with great diplomatic skills
