- Zu Deinem Verantwortungsbereich gehören Implementierung, Administration, Monitoring und Pflegevon IT-Systemen und Services Analyse sowie Behebung auftretender Störungen (2nd & 3rdLevel Support).
- Neben der Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen, bist Du für die Weiterentwicklung der Systeme zur Leistungssteigerung,Kostenreduzierung und Risikominderung sowie Steuerung und Kontrolle von externen Dienstleistern zuständig.

- Du hast relevante Berufserfahrung mit Microsoft Cloud Technologien(Windows10, Microsoft365) sowie im Bereich IP-basierter Telefonie,idealerweise Microsoft Teams Voice und/oder Skype for Business, alternativeUC/Telefonie Systeme.
- Du verfügst über sehr gutes Know-How in Microsoft Teams Rooms Systems (idealerweise von Poly) sowie in Contact Center Lösungen undProzessen, idealerweise Genesys Cloud.
- Du bist mit gängigen Netzwerk-Technologien sowierelevanter Web-, Telefonie sowie Video-Protokolle vertraut.
- Außerdem bringst Du Erfahrungen bei der Implementierung von Lösungen im Konzernumfeld und verfügst über Kenntnisse der ITIL- sowie Projektmanagementprozesse (idealerweise Prince2).
