The platform connects those looking for temporary homes, and those offering them, with easy and secure solutions for mid-term rentals with a minimum rental period of one month.

Wunderflats offers verified rental agreements and additional landlord services that range from a professional photoshoot of the apartment to a full-service rental management solution.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
Senior Agile Coach (f/m/d) to join our team on a freelance basis and contribute to the success of the "Helfende Wände" project.

YOUR MISSION:

Serve as a trusted advisor, providing expert Agile coaching to leadership, teams, and individuals. Guide them in understanding and embracing Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
Facilitate workshops, training sessions and handson coaching to enhance Agile practices and mindset.
Take ownership of planning, orchestrating, and optimizing Agile ceremonies, ensuring they are impactful, dynamic, and resultdriven.
Enable selforganization, accountability, and a culture of ownership. Identify impediments and facilitate resolution to ensure teams operate at their highest potential.
Drive the adoption of best practices, Agile frameworks and scaling approaches tailored to the organization's needs.
Instill a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating regular retrospectives, promoting experimentation, and sharing best practices. Identify areas of improvement and drive initiatives to enhance Agile maturity.
Establish and track Agile metrics to measure the effectiveness of Agile practices.
Engage with stakeholders at all levels to create transparency and manage expectations.

YOUR PROFILE:

Proven track record as a Senior Agile Coach or similar role, with 5+ years of experience, driving Agile transformations in complex environments.
Indepth understanding of Agile principles, frameworks, and scaling methodologies (e.g., Nexus, LeSS, Scrum at Scale).
Proven experience in handling more than three teams simultaneously, ensuring synchronized progress and collaboration.
Proficiency in working with distributed teams, overcoming challenges associated with remote collaboration.
Demonstrated ability to adapt and tailor Agile practices to organizational needs.
Datadriven mindset, with the ability to use metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Fluency in English is essential. Ability to communicate effectively in German would be a plus.
