Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Kontrolle und Überwachung der Verbuchung von Ausgangsrechnungen und Eingangsrechnungen
- Überwachung der Übertragung der Rechnungen aus dem SAP Modul Sales in das Modul FI

  • Verbuchen von Zahlungseingängen und Zahlungsausgängen und Klärung von Zahlungsdifferenzen mit dem Kunden und Lieferanten
  • Intercompany-Abstimmung
  • Mahnwesen
  • Bearbeitung des Gutschriftsverfahrens inkl. Abstimmung der Rechnungen
  • Kontenklärung
  • Stammdatenpflege

Ihr Profil:

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Accounting
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Erfahrung mit SAP wünschenswert
  • Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
