Quentin Hotels, are searching for an administrative secretary position.At least one year as a secretary experience required, you will essentially help the back office daily tasks for running the hotel chain operation in Berlin
Tasks
Tasks include:
- Pay bills.
- Speak with suppliers in person and via phone.
- A lot of excel work to follow up on supplies, orders etc
- Organize the office paperwork.
- Take notes and execute the manager tasks.
Requirements:
The job requires a very organized person with a can-do attitude, The more you prove yourself the more reasonability you will get.
Requirements:
- Very Organised, must be able to take good notes.
- Must be good with excel or be willing to learn excel.
- Fluent in German and in English.
