Your role at Kertos:

As a working student in the Growth Team, you will mainly collaborate with Lena, our Marketing Manager. You will have a versatile marketing role, ensuring that our marketing initiatives run smoothly and that our customers are provided with appealing content across all touchpoints. If you have 20 hours per week and enjoy a startup atmosphere, you're in the right place.

YOUR TASKS:

Together with Lena, you will plan and create strategically clear, data-driven content for various platforms, including website content, SEO-optimized articles, social media posts, case studies, and newsletters.
You will work closely to develop high-quality content that not only excites but also boosts lead generation, engagement, and conversions.
Conducting keyword research and utilizing data analysis to propel our content to the top of search results, continuously maximizing our reach.
Your ideas are the fuel for our content strategy. You actively contribute to evolving our content strategy and driving our growth significantly.

The skills, motivation, and mindset you should possess:

You are an enrolled student with at least two semesters remaining - your field of study is not crucial, just your willingness to get involved.
Ideally, you have some experience in digital marketing, content, or SEO in a startup environment, but it's not mandatory.
Your creative writing skills and proficiency in both German and English communication are essential.
Your attention to detail combined with a proactive, reliable work approach make you a valuable asset to any team.

Alternatively, you can also work as an intern with us for 4-6 months, if it suits your study and schedule better - we are flexible.
