THE TRAINEE PROGRAM AT A GLANCE:

Duration: 12 damn interesting months, start: february 2023 or later
Assignments of 68 weeks each in different departments, e.g. Operations, Marketplace Banking, Compliance and our internal Consulting
Assumption of own crossdepartmental projects and challenging tasks
Close support with targeted training for your personal and professional development
Permanent employment contract with the aim of keeping you with us in the long term

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:

Bachelor's degree with relevant practical experience, banking environment desirable or commercial training paired with professional experience in the field of banking/finance
Initial experience in project work is desirable
Software knowledge, advanced handling of MS Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint
Very good knowledge of English and German are mandatory
Initiative and drive to make a real difference
Handson mentality and team spirit
