In dieser Funktion haben Sie folgende Aufgaben:

  • Aufbau und Pflege der Kontakte zu HIV-Ärzten, Gewinnung als Verordner, Meinungsbildner, Multiplikatoren und Austausch wissenschaftlicher Information und Beratung der identifizierten Zielkunden
  • Besprechung der vorgegebenen Produkt
- und Dienstleistungsangebote entsprechend der Marketingstrategie

  • Vertretung bei regionalen, bundesweiten und internationalen Veranstaltungen, Messen, Kongressen und Symposien
  • Kontinuierliche Analyse des Gebiets, gemeinsame Erarbeitung einer gebietsspezifischen Segmentierung und ein darauf aufbauendes Targeting
  • Monitoring der Umsetzung von gemeinsam verabschiedeten Vorgehensweisen inhaltlich, zeitlich und finanziell
  • Initiierung, Planung und Durchführung von kundenorientierten Projekten wie Fortbildungen, Kundenworkshops etc.
  • Einhalten der AMG-Bestimmungen, des ViiV Healthcare-Verhaltenskodex; Konditionsrichtlinien und Konditionsprozesses

Qualifikationen & Fähigkeiten

Wir suchen Fachleute mit den folgenden erforderlichen Fähigkeiten, um unsere Ziele zu erreichen:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder naturwissenschaftl. Studium mit Zusatzqualifikation zum staatl. gepr. Pharmareferenten nach
  • 75 AMG
  • Berufserfahrung im Facharzt/Klinkaußendienst
  • Betriebswirtschaftliches Grundverständnis
  • Wille zum Erfolg und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Zielorientiertes, selbstständiges und flexibles Handeln
  • Hervorragende kommunikative und soziale Kompetenz
  • Sehr gute Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Hohe Bereitschaft für Reisetätigkeit
Bevorzugte Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten

Wenn Sie die folgenden Eigenschaften haben, wäre es ein Plus:

  • Erfahrung im Pharma Specialty Vertrieb
  • Konfliktfähigkeit und Überzeugungsfähigkeit auch bei Widerstand
  • Indikations
- bzw. Produktkenntnisse vorteilhaft

  • Ausgeprägte persönliche Argumentations
- und Überzeugungsfähigkeit
- Überdurchschnittliche konzeptionelle sowie gute analytische und organisatorische Fähigkeiten
