R&D is a colorful jungle on the second floor of Aludariai where all the magic happens. We create ideas, research topics, discover, test, launch, and create new products. Today is the day we shout out loud - we need you, a creative performance specialist.


Get ready to:

• Analyse competitors' ads
• Find insights about our target groups
• Create creative concepts
• Copywrite
• Think of visual brand executions
• Write execution briefs for graphic designers, video editors, animators, actors, filmers

Why is the R&D Creative performance position is different than others?:

• You will be doing quick, small-scale tests with not one but two, three, or five new products
• You have the possibility to think about new concepts from scratch and for new products
• You take a lot of risks and fail a lot, but you need to show crazy and wild creativity to change your point of view and try again
• You deal with lots of dynamism and uncertainty, but when you get that berry, it's delightful

We believe that you:

• Have at least a little experience and familiarity with Performance advertising and an understanding of campaign objectives & media metrics
• Have an understanding of media buying and campaign planning
• Are willing to try, test, fail and start again with new energy

Salary:

Gross salary range is EUR/month.
